3
Each eligible centre of ringing shall be entitled to appoint one representative to the committee. A centre may change its representative at any time by giving notice in writing to the secretary. Each member of the committee shall have one vote.
4
A chairman shall be elected annually and shall be eligible for re-election. The chairman shall be a committee member.
5

Role and duties of the committee

6

7
The committee shall appoint the chief judge each year and in consultation with the chief judge shall appoint two further judges to be used that year. The Judges’ decisions at any stage of the competition are final.

Places for additional bands will be awarded by ballot.

Procedures and guidance

14
The committee will publish detailed procedures and guidance on the administration of the competition, and will make these available to each team. These will specify arrangements for draws at competition venues, timing, stewarding, and emergency procedures.
